As a Systemic Constellations facilitator, I draw on embodied methodologies of Relational Field Sensing to perceive the invisible patterns that structure relationships.
Through Representative Perception—a practice where team members step into embodied resonance with different systemic elements—we make tangible the existence of Relational Field structures that organize the flow of awareness within your creative project.
This collective sensing practice creates a liminal space for new possibilities to emerge, allowing your team to receive spatial-sensory information about the qualitative textures, tensions, and flows that shape your creative form.

The Journey of a Relational Field Retreat
Pre-Retreat Meeting with Core Team
We begin by entering with silence, space, and listening. Dropping into the sense of many threads of self and relationship that are part of the weaving. We invite co-presencing with land, ancestors, descendants, and the creative impulse guiding this dreaming, along with personal check-ins and collectively naming the beings and contexts present in the field. We create a design process for the team retreat based on the needs for emergent exploration.
Day One: Energetic Essences and Expressive Tuning
- Space for movement and art, bringing the process into the body and creative expression. Your team explores the energetic patterns, rhythms, and ways of expressing that your project brings up. We work with mark-making through color and texture, listening for rhythm and sound, discovering your unique pathways into sensing and contact.
- After sharing through Symmathesy of Essences, we move into Warm Data Lab—circulating between contexts and massaging relational tissue through the warm data that emerges across different experiences.
- Integration time includes metabolizing with diffuse focus, connecting with beauty in your wider lives, embodied presence practices, and deep resting.
- Day Two+: Dancing with Complexity
- We return to the body, meeting what's present through facilitated dance experiences. Moving from present moment expression to revisiting energetic essences, we dance with and as them, meeting any edges or stuck places in the field and exploring the interplay between self, beings, and systemic patterns.
- Through Systemic Constellations, we explore the questions that have emerged, with space for creative integration after each constellation—continuing to trace and hone relationship with energetic essence qualities through movement, sound, art-making, and writing.
- We close with Collective Ritual, presencing the beings we need to acknowledge, asking for support, growing relational fields, and planting intentions.
- Ongoing Engagement
- Core team members continue in ongoing process and communication, tracing intimate journeys and questions that ripple into wider life contexts. We identify conditions towards vitality that can keep the field vital within your collective, nurturing collective tones and feeding the beings that need to be listened to.
